We address these and more by working with our clients in the claim handling process. As our investigation progresses, we keep the adjuster fully informed, culminating with a written report of our findings including schedules, data analysis and graphic support.

We are familiar with provisions in ISO Businessowners and Commercial Property forms, and with policy language in many other insurance forms currently in use.

We also coordinate with counsel during the claim investigation and measurement stage of problem files, assisting in analysis and summary of submitted records; identification of deficiencies and inconsistencies in submitted records; identification of accounting records for the Insured to produce at Examinations Under Oath (EUOs); developing areas of inquiry at the insured’s Examination Under Oath or at Deposition.
